Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

All shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it's placed. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track My Order page.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Additional regions may be added in the future.

Delays and Issues While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Velura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Velura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
