Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your Velura Glide™, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

How to Request a Refund To start a refund, contact us at info@veluraco.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

For health and hygiene reasons, used personal grooming devices cannot be physically returned. In most cases, customers may keep the product and we will issue a refund directly — no return shipping required.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@veluraco.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear after 30 days
  • Orders flagged as fraudulent or chargeback abuse
  • Items not purchased directly from veluraco.com

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Contact us at info@veluraco.com to initiate.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@veluraco.com.
